Pedalo Training Stick
With the Training Stick by Pedalo you can perform numerous exercises in the areas of gymnastics, balance or stretching exercises. The Training Stick is 900 mm long and, with some skill, can be balanced on a hand or the back of the foot. Alternatively, the training bar can also be combined with the Pedalo dip bar and used as a pull-up bar for other exercises and grip variations. Additionally, resistance bands can also be attached to the training rod to support pulling exercises.The soft-grip cover makes the Training Stick easy to hold on to and clean. The Pedalo Training Stick is made from solid ash wood, grown locally in the Swabian Alb in southwest Germany.
